every time i try to watch something it gets about 10 seconds into it then sais buffering and just dtays on 0% doesnt buffer at all. what should i do? is the problem on my end or yours?

great movie loved it. quality is superb i decided to watch version too cause version one wasn’t downloading fast enough i let it sit for an hour and after 40 minutes of watching i was getting buffing again. anyway thx tv dome u guys rock
